Title : Hemoglobin test Abhiyan and Cancer Awareness Date : 02 Sep 2022 Cost : 450000 Direct Beneficiaries : 1000 Man hours : 250 Rotarians Involved : 30 Rotaractors Involved : 0 Description : Rotary Club of Porbandar and Innerwheel Club is happy and proud to successfully complete a MEGA HEMOGLOBIN TESTING ABHIYAN of 4500 Girls in 2nd and 3rd August 2022. This project was done in co-ordination with Kundaria Foundation and BT Savani Cancer Hospital. Under this project on 2nd August almost 1500 Girls students of Arya Kanya Gurukul where 900 plus Students of Gujarati Medium and 600 Girls of Gurukul Mahila College was conducted in the morning . In afternoon the team of Rotary Club, Innerwheel Club and Testing team conducted test of 600 Girls of Baluba Girls Government School. Then in Evening testing was done of 400 girls in Godhaniya Hostel. At all three places a detailed presentation on Breast cancer, cervical Cancer and Menstruation Hygiene was also conducted.
